While at the same time maintaining everything running on Pi completely oblivious to the existence of other network adapters?

The question is then: how do I use the Pi to translate the USB ethernet into RJ45 ethernet, tunnelling everything (including the ip-passtrough) USG is connected trough a USB-RJ45 Ethernet adapter into the Piīoth of them show up as ethx123456789 random number "ip a" command. Netgear is connected trough direct USB cable into the Pi, The netgear has a IP-Passtrough function, that attributes it's public 4g ip address directly to the device connected via the usb network interface, so the ubiquiti router can receive a public ip address to it's wan interface.

The idea is to use the Pi device just to convert the cables and link both devices as if there was nothing inbetween. So, I already have a raspberry pi that i am using for other stuff, and I thought. (maybe they work with a different one, and if so then please let me know and I'll gladly skip the entire raspberry process.) Problem is that the ubiquiti router doesn't understand USB-to-Ethernet converters, witch I already had laying arround to test. I want to connect it via cable to this Ubiquiti USG, witch I also bough used on ebay for a nice bargain price

I have this Netgear Aircard 785S that I bought used for a bargain on ebay, Ok, after searching the forum for over an hour, I couldn't find any examples close to what I want to do.
